Vince is passionate about storytelling and building brands. Recently, he has done a full circle back to Australia following 15 years as Managing Director, McCann Hong Kong, where he managed the Cathay Pacific Central Team. This dedicated agency was created as a full service, multi-disciplinary agency to manage all integrated marketing for Cathay Pacific Airways across 27 markets.
The agency was consistently one of the most awarded McCann offices in Asia, while being held up as a ‘best in class’ example of a truly integrated agency model for the McCann global network.
Prior to Hong Kong, Vince held roles at Ogilvy & Mather, New York as Senior Partner, Kraft Foods Maxwell House and D’Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles, New York as Senior Vice President, Director Business Development, responsible for the New York office’s business development program and managing a portfolio of Procter & Gamble brands for the US market.
Vince began his advertising career in Melbourne after graduating from RMIT University, initially working for Australia’s then largest agency, George Patterson on the Nissan account, and later in Sydney with Saatchi & Saatchi, working on accounts including Toyota. Vince then joined McCann Sydney as part of its Australian management team before moving to New York.
Vince is thrilled to be back home where he now serves as Director, McCann Worldgroup and Chief Executive Officer, SMART Australia. Vince lives in Melbourne with his Australian wife who he met in New York together with their New York and Hong Kong born sons.
