Along with many other achievements, Nicole was part of the team that turned 95% rejection of Mother around to it being the No 1 SKU in energy drinks and helped Mount Franklin Lightly Sparkling reach triple digit growth thanks to the introduction of Jennifer Hawkins.
Nicole was runner up in 2012 Asian Marketing Effectiveness Account Service person of the year.
